New date and time pickers
The new Spotlight feature provided an excellent opportunity for us to update our date and time pickers. There were some usability issues with the ones we previously used and the new ones also fit into our Design System.
- All dates in the “New Invoice” modal default to the current day. The date pickers were showing the correct dates but they weren’t getting set correctly under the hood, so an error would show and the Invoice would fail to create. If you didn’t see the error, then your Invoices were successfully created.
- The Date picker was showing “NaN” in some places. When trying to record a payment on an Invoice or add an Installment to an Invoice’s payment schedule, the Date picker was showing “NaN” for all of the dates in the calendar.
