Kellyn Wilson, Tell us a little about yourself!

Hi, I’m Kellyn Wilson, I’m an Army wife and mother of two who are my world! I have captured so many memories for clients who I consider friends in the 10 moves we have made so far.



What do you specialize in? What made you want to focus on that specialty/specialties?

I specialize in Family, Newborn, Seniors and Business Branding Photography. I love capturing the genuine, candid moments of families and telling their story. Every family is unique in their own ways and I am blessed to capture moments for them to last a lifetime.

How did you first get started in photography?

My dad gave me my first Polaroid camera when I was five years old. I thought it was so amazing to see the picture come to life on its own. After I had my children, I didn’t want to miss a single moment. I started taking photos of my friend’s children and soon Kellyn Wilson Photography was born.



How has using Iris impacted your business?

I have been using Iris for 5 years. Having a one stop management system where I can see all my clients, send invoices, emails and more is very important to my business. Iris has saved me so much time and has impacted my business positively and has helped me grow my business! I am constantly getting compliments on how seamless my workflow is. There are so many features of Iris that I love but one of my favorite features is their To-Do List! I love being able to jot down my To-Do’s as they come to me and have everything in one place. Checking them off one by one gives me such a sense of accomplishment.

What are your future goals for your business? What are you looking forward to?

To rank number 1 on google and have a 50 person list of return clients.

Don’t be afraid to step outside your comfort zone
