  • When can I start using Galleries?

    Galleries launch November 16 for all Iris accounts.

  • Does it cost extra?

    Every Iris plan includes Galleries with 3 GB of storage at no extra cost. If you need more storage or additional features, those will be available as add-ons.

  • Can clients order prints from their gallery?

    Not yet. At launch, Galleries are focused on delivering, sharing, and downloading. A storefront for print and product orders is in the works, and we’ll share more as it gets closer.

  • Do my clients need an account?

    No. Clients open the gallery from the link you share. You can add a password for extra privacy..

  • Can clients download their photos?

    Yes, if you turn downloads on. You control it for each gallery.
